At PakSPShop, we want you to have a clear and satisfactory shopping experience. This policy explains how to request a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund. All requests are subject to the conditions below and applicable consumer-protection laws.
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us within this period and obtain authorization before shipping the item.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, returned items should be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase where applicable.

2. How to Request a Return

- Wait for written authorization and return instructions before shipping the item.
- Use the return destination and shipping method provided by our customer service team.
- Include your order number with the authorized return so we can identify it.
Please do not send items to a manufacturer or ship a return before receiving instructions from us.

Contact us before shipping. We must authorize the return and confirm the instructions so the parcel can be matched to your order. Do not send unsolicited packages to this address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs and responsibility depend on the reason for the return and applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us before returning it. We will review the situation and explain the applicable remedy and shipping arrangements.
Any return fees or costs that apply will be communicated during the authorization process, subject to applicable law.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@pakspshop.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if available. Please contact us before discarding or shipping the item. We will review your request and provide instructions for an appropriate remedy, as applicable.
6. Refunds and Processing
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
If a refund is denied, we will explain the reason where appropriate. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Exchanges and Replacements
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, contact us before sending it back. Exchanges depend on product availability and the applicable return conditions. 8. Order Cancellations

We will try to stop the order before dispatch, but cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment or shipment has begun. If the order has already shipped, contact us for return instructions.
