Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

At PakSP, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges or refunds for non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

✔ Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
✖ Personalized or discounted items are final sale (non-refundable).
✖ Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How to Return:

1. Email us at info@pakspshop.com with:

   • Your order number

   • Reason for return (optional)

   • Preference: refund or exchange

2. We’ll provide a U.S. return address—do not send back to the manufacturer.

3. Once approved, your refund/exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Important Notes:

• Returns after 30 days cannot be accepted.

• No refunds if sent to the wrong address (manufacturer, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items?

Mistakes happen—we’ll fix them! If your item arrives flawed:

1. Email info@pakspshop.com with:

   • Order number

   • Description + photo proof of the issue

2. We’ll ship a free replacement immediately—no return needed!

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can only be canceled if not yet shipped.

• If already dispatched, follow the return process above.
